Peer Reviewer Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure a fair, objective, and unbiased evaluation.
Following submission, each manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to assess its compliance with the journal's focus and scope, manuscript preparation guidelines, and publication ethics, including a plagiarism screening. Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial assessment are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area.
Based on the reviewers' evaluations, the editor may make one of the following decisions:
- Accept.
- Accept with minor revisions.
- Reconsider after major revisions.
- Reject.
The final publication decision is made by the Editor based on the reviewers' recommendations, the quality of the revised manuscript (if applicable), and the journal's editorial policies.
