Every submitted manuscript undergoes a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure an objective and unbiased evaluation. Prior to peer review, the editorial team conducts an initial screening to assess the manuscript's relevance to the journal's focus and scope, administrative completeness, compliance with the author guidelines, and similarity level.

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editor may decide to accept the manuscript, accept it with minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject the submission. The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration the recommendations provided by the reviewers.
