Each submitted manuscript undergoes a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure an objective, independent, and fair evaluation. Following the initial editorial screening, the manuscript is assessed for its relevance to the journal's focus and scope, compliance with the author guidelines, and similarity index. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The reviewers' evaluations form the basis for the editor's decision to accept the manuscript, accept it with minor revisions, accept it with major revisions, or reject it. The final publication decision rests with the editor, taking into consideration the recommendations of the reviewers.
